As a Logistics Foreman, you are operationally responsible for supervising the employees in various departments. Does leadership come naturally to you but you feel you're lacking the right tools to elevate yourself to the next level?
Independently running a shift, allocating work assignments, instructing colleagues, and monitoring work execution.
Ensuring the receipt, cleaning, sorting, storage, and dispatch of products according to established work procedures. Additionally, you'll be involved in resolving and preventing process disruptions.
Ensure that the activities are carried out in accordance with the formulated safety standards and procedures.
